  The Scoring Scheme . . .

All restaurants and cafes can receive a total score of 25 and each score will be broken down into five different sections (each section will be awarded up to five points):

1. Taste (definitely the most important!!!)

2. Value for money

3. Service

4. Menu choice

5. Atmosphere

When thinking about how tasty the food is, I'll consider the whole meal and I'll take into account each part of every course.

Value for money will focus on the amount of food you get for your pound and it will also take into account the quality of the food.

Service is a big factor in each review and I'll make sure that I pay close attention to service throughout the whole food experience - from when I walk in the door until when I pay the bill.

Menu choice will take into account the choices available for starters, mains and desserts and it will also focus on the various drinks available. Also, there is no reason for veg. lovers to worry as attention will also be given to the variety of vegetarian options.

Take aways can receive a total score of 20 and reviews will be based on the first four points above.
